Maeve has her degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Loyola University in Maryland. She has traditionally worked with acrylic paints, oil paints and pastels, charcoal, and collages. More recently, Maeve has started working with digital media creating logos, t-shirts and ads for the Philadelphia restaurant, Bad Brother.

Maeves creativity and passion are ultimately shown in her portraits. Drawing others inspires her, creating images to their likeness is what drives her. She is a perfectionist with her work, so she won’t stop on a piece until it is exactly what she envisioned. This perfectionism is shown in the more precise images in her portfolio, for example, the orange and blue acrylic piece, which appears to be three dimensional.
